Based on its ideology, MICA has tried to contribute to the society through co-ordinating and enabling solutions and redressals. It has taken initiatives in bridging up the communication gap, as it believes that lack of information and communication gap is the root to most of the problems among ourselves, in our family, society, and the government.
Grievance redressal mechanism is the nerve of any governance or any organization's administration. No organization or service industry can claim to be accountable, responsive and friendly unless it has established effective grievance redressal & communication system. It is the gauge to measure the efficiency of a system as it provides important feedback on the working of the administration stakeholders.
