With long experience in education and teaching in schools, MICA took an initiative to sponsor and set up an educational hub by shaping kids for excellence at a tender age so as to ignite future with give them a better start as it believes that every child has some or the other talent and we MICAns can explore and nurture them.
Planned grooming is the very first step for a child in smart development and perhaps the most important one. MICA's social wing MINERVA established a play school in 2012 which has been named as 'Bachpan Play School' at New Anantpur, Doranda, Ranchi.
Its prime focus is to develop imagination, creativity, learning, and all round development of the children through a series of deliberately designed fun activities like woven stories, songs, make & do crafts, skits, dance, kitchenettes, etc. This encourages children to identify their interest levels and facilitates their participation.
The play school provides a child-friendly environment where every child is provided personal care and attention by specialist teachers and mentors for the value driven quality learning experience. Special days and events like Potters day, Magic shows, Fancy dress, Eid, Pujas, Christmas, Parents day, Environment day, etc. are celebrated with great fervour.
It works to cater to the needs of toddlers so that their childhood experiences become a precious memory to preserve for lifetime and gets filled up with joy, play, love and happy learning. Their childhood (Bachpan) is tried to be made unique. The school welcomes children with open arms and gives them a home away from home.

MICA enjoys grooming children of all classes and looks forward to take care of the underprivileged children who have drifted away from the mainstream. It works at the grassroots level to increase awareness, and provide opportunities through moral and quality education in order to empower them and bring them to the forefront.
With this objective it conducts free evening classes at New Anantpur, where children of the locality are benefitted by proper guidance.
